Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the images on our website.

However, please note that due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences, the actual product color or packaging may appear slightly different.

In some cases, product packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without prior notice, but the product quality, quantity, and formulation will remain the same.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email containing your order details and sales receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

If you have created an account on our website, you can also log in and visit the “My Account” → “Orders” section to view and download your invoice.

In case you do not receive the email or need a copy of your receipt, please contact our customer support team with your order ID, and we will assist you promptly.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at our official email or phone number.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide clear images or an unboxing video as proof (in case of damage or incorrect product).

  • The return request must meet our Refund & Returns Policy guidelines.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock our popular Ayurvedic products. If an item is marked as “Out of Stock,” it usually means it is temporarily unavailable due to high demand.

You can:

  • Check back after a few days for availability

  • Contact our customer support team for restock updates

  • Subscribe to notifications (if available) to be informed when the product is back in stock

Please note that in rare cases, certain products may be discontinued or updated with new packaging or formulation.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders across most locations within India.

You can enter your complete delivery address at checkout to check service availability in your area. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, state, or remote location.

At present, we [do / do not] offer international shipping.
